I was doing great. 0 calories today.
I was force fed Morning Star Veggie Nuggets. 190 calories.
190 calories. ._.

I need to eat 100 or less a day.

Today has been one of the best days in a long time. During the break all I wore were lounge pants, nike shorts, and tshirts. I never bothered wearing jeans. Well since today was my first day back, I decided to wear my jeans. Which I hate wearing jeans. I always feel fat in them. Well when I slid them on I noticed how they came up easy. They were a size 8 (US size 4). They barely fit anymore. They were flooded around my thighs and waist. I started jumping up and down for joy. So I pulled out a pair of jeans that were a size 6 (US size 2) And they fit me great. I have officially dropped a pant size! I'm ecstatic! This means I'm only one jean size away from being a size 4 (US size 0). I never thought is would happen again, but it just might!

Who knew this ABC diet was so affective? haha

food today : 3/4 of a small hotdog, a cup of chilli and a sucker.

after the hotdog and chilli, i feel SO full, and SO sick ): i hatehatehate having to eat so much infront of my parents.

but i'm thinking that was like.. 500cals? HOPEFULLY <33

it's only fair if i post a little thinspo..

legs were my inspiration :D

okay so I've heard of these juice diets...
do they really work?
and does it work with tea?
Cause I was thinking of just drinking green tea or black tea for 24hours

hey guys! ive been doing well today. had my trainer at 2pm, just had my first "meal" for the day with was a packet of baby carrots at 25cals. for dinner im gonna have some soup (60) and more carrots (25) for a total of 110 today.

ugh ive been doing so horribly these past few days since my boyfriend came to visit. but today was my start to get back on track.

so today i was shocked to find out that a venti soy white chocolate mocha has 470cals! thats what my entire food intake for the day will be...
I love my caffeine but hate the taste of brewed coffee or espressos without creamer. i've wondered a lot about the skinny lattes and a venti has 190 cals, but its made only with skim milk and i'm severely lactose intolerant. so, my question is what low cal (ie no more than 190 cals!!) palatable caffeinated drinks do you guys recommend?

other than the major fall back from the damned mocha, i haven't eaten anything today, and i don't intend to considering the cals i'm at!!!!

120 cals and very filling :)

1 thin slice of tomato
1 tbsp of my homemade hummus
and 1 small portion of french baguette

make it into a sandwhich and enjoy ladies!

i honestly don't know what to do. my mom is making it impossible for me to skip meals, and it's really getting me down. today, she wakes me up with half a blueberry bagel <b>covered</b> in butter -  i only managed to eat half of that without her telling me to finish it twice. thennn, she takes me out to lunch at the olive garden, where we had soup, salad, and breadsticks. i chose the healthiest, low fat soup on the menu, and had one bread stick, and ate more than half of my bowl of soup.

ugh, now i feel so disgusting, and i really don't want to eat dinner. ): but i know my mom's going to make that impossible too! maybe i'll just wait until she's a little more settled down later, and try and pretend to eat it or something. because i honestly <i>cannottttt</i> eat another thing tonight, i just can't.

god, why does she have to make this so hard for me? it's really not fair, at all. ): aksdjflkasjdklfsd help meeeee. ugh. i'm pissed.

Issues

 First off I would like to say that after failing the entire holiday's I am back on track.I refuse to get on the scale because that'll trigger me into a binge once I see how big I've gotten. I decided to fast all yesterday and I haven't eaten at all today, so tonight it'll make 2 days of fasting. It's easy to fast when I engage in lots of work. I spend hours cleaning and I now help in running a daycare, which I love doing. I am almost half way happy. 

Now to the issues, I don't know if I should worry or not but my sister(she's 11 now) has been eating abnormally. I am trying not to worry but she either refuses to eat or is always "too busy" to stop and eat. Its like I am looking at myself when I was 11, it seems she is taking pages out of my book. Also, she complains about her "thunder thighs" but she has legs like a deer, honestly. Plus she always tells me how beautiful and thin I am. I always brush it off and say yea right I'm fat and you know it. What if I am really thin and can't see it and that makes her think she's fat? I highly doubt that I am thin though. Sometimes I stare at the mirror trying to see some hint of thin-ness but all I see is bulges of fat.  Anyway she watches my every move as if she's studying me. I hope she isn't developing an eating disorder. It'll be all my fault. I can't live with myself knowing that her life is as screwed as mines. But I can't eat either because I'll get even fatter and that will make things worse. I don't know what to do, I can't help her it's like the blind leading the blind. Maybe I'm over reacting and nothings really wrong. I could be blowing this out of proportion. Sorry I'm ranting on and on, I probably sound crazy. But this situation is driving me crazy.

I aimed for 600, I think I eat somewhere around 800-1000, I've just been so bored today and constantly been picking at things outta my fridge when I havent even been hungry, urghh! I did an hour exercise though so thats good, I'm gonna do some housework and then off to bed.

 my mom just brought SO.MUCH.FOOD. from costco
raisin cinnamon bagels, fruit cups,  huge box of multigrain cheerios, milk, blackberries, cauliflower, broccolli
and my friend just called and shes bringing me an order of crisscut fries from carls jr. with ranch (MY BIGGEST WEAKNESS)

i just....oh my god....i can overlook the food my mom brought since im not big on any of that but those goddamned fries.is everyone out to make me fat now? i think i want to rip my stomach out just so i can say "sorry! i cant eat any longer :D"

 Today is going well so far.
how are you all doing?

I'm doing the cleanse by only drinking juice,tea,or water with lemon juice in it. i'm only eating fruits and salad with no croûtons.

 Day three of my fast. I feel really weak though, i did 100 crunches this morning and 50 when i came home from school. 
I think I may have a few blue berry's, either tonight or tomorrow morning because i feel like im going to pass out. Or maybe i'll just take a few vitamins, I haven't decided yet. Either way, i'm burning 400 calories tonight
